Hello, I'm Valentina
I am a mother, Latina, daughter of immigrants, a Fairfax and Bay Area Native. I have worked with youth ages 14+ for over a decade in schools and through community based organizations.

I have a deep love for my community and a strong belief in the power of reciprocity. My community has given me so much, and I am committed to giving back wherever I live. I do not believe in taking without contributing in return. I hold the conviction that we all share responsibility for cultivating healthy, thriving communities. For me, this means engaging through education, building meaningful connections with young people and families, honoring and validating individual experiences, and developing programs that support those who are too often overlooked or underserved.

Why I'm here
My mission is to support youth and families in becoming better versions of themselves through a strength-based approach. I do this by providing education, guidance in navigating support services, and fostering open communication and dialogue—all within a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel free to explore and express themselves.
