We are all participating in a flawed system that shapes our behaviors, motivations, experiences, and opportunities, and by helping others understand their positionality within this flawed system, I hope to equip people with the power to stimulate change, because knowledge is power.

My goal is to listen deeply to you and/or your family’s unique story, to understand who you are and who you want to become. I will offer practical steps, assistance, guidance, and accountability in making that happen. We don’t always have people we feel we can freely talk to, process with, and trust. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering clarity and support, while you achieve your short or long term goals.

1:1 Coaching for Parents / Caregivers

These sessions are 60 minutes and can be in person or zoom – $150

Youth are often burdened with cultural, societal, social, familial expectations as they are learning to navigate who they are in the world, and what is true for them. As parents, we do our best as we try to guide our kids through the changes and complexities of life, while also navigating our own. Often, due to our own education or limitations, we unintentionally fall short for one reason or another as our children become young adults, and as a result we lose touch with them. Maybe as a caregiver, parenting before the pre teen years felt relatively navigable, but as your child is maturing, growing, changing, you find it hard to connect and parent in the new way that they are calling you to do. I am here to help you navigate how to have a connected relationship to your child, one that is fulfilling to the both of you.

1:1 Coaching for Youth ages 15+

These sessions are 60 minutes and preferably in person, especially if in same region. $150

Teens and young adults have a specific set of challenges that children and adults do not necessarily face. They are constantly being communicated to by society on a micro and macro level that they need to change and refine themselves to make others feel comfortable; in order to be acceptable, tolerable, and worthy of love. I help teens and young adults gain skills to cope with complex issues of stress, trauma, suicide, bullying, depression, self-esteem, substance use, sexual health, and relationship. I teach positive, lifelong habits that contribute to your well-being and success, and ultimately to the health of the communities in which you live. My purpose is to listen, support, and show loving kindness, as well as connect you with the tools necessary to become agents of change in your own lives.

Family Coaching with Youth ages 15+

These sessions are 60 min and will be a mix of virtual and in person meetings – $200

My goal is to support families as they navigate difficult conversations, life transitions, and systems of support. We are not taught how to have difficult or uncomfortable conversations and, as result, shy away from them. Youth need to feel like their caregivers are a safe space and won’t be judged in order to open up. Adults often want to be a non judgmental safe space, but aren’t sure how get there. My goal is to help equip youth and caregivers alike with tools so they can find common language, set agreements, and create values, so that they can navigate harder conversations with more confidence and understanding on both ends. This looks like sessions with just caregiver, and just youth, and some sessions together.

One-Off Consulting

These sessions are 60 min and can be virtual or in person – $125

One off consultation to discuss a specific theme or topic. You might need a one off conversation on how to support your child and this is a space where you would come to me with an “issue” and we would talk it through, looking at it from various points of view, and create a plan for you to address said “issue” moving forward. This is a non judgemental, low stakes conversation where you can be transparent around your worries and the barriers you are facing. Sometimes navigating systems, such as wanting to find mental health supports for your child, might feel daunting and as a result, you shy away from it. It might feel overwhelming and you have no idea where to start. With over a decade of experience navigating systems, I can help you get started so that you feel supported as you move through navigating systems of support.

Young Women Support Group

Age Range –12 and up

Group Sessions – same participants for 8x weeks – 90 min long sessions, 1x a week

Price – $500

Support groups play a critical role in fostering peer connection and a sense of belonging, both of which are key protective factors against isolation—a known contributor to suicidal ideation. By providing a safe, supportive environment with peer and myself as a coach, these groups empower youth to openly share their struggles, celebrate each other’s successes, and normalize their experiences, thereby reducing feelings of shame, stigma, and isolation. Support groups often serve as a gateway to further care, meaning that youth who engage in groups are more likely to seek professional help when they need it, access available services and understand what is available to them, and remain committed to their treatment plans.

*What it looks like: 8 consecutive weeks covering various topics relevant to the participants wants and needs-this is a tailored group with youth buy-in. Topics can look like: healthy relationships, understanding our bodies, how to handle and how to have difficult or uncomfortable situations, identifying values, how to be supportive, how to ask for support, changes and foreseeable obstacles to expect during their specific age range, identifying safe people in their lives.

Young Women Sex Education Group

Age Range –12 and up

Group Sessions – same participants for 8x weeks – 90 min long sessions, 1x a week

Price – $500

Youth are curious and will seek answers one way or another. Oftentime, school curriculum only offers a year of sexual health in middle school, and a semester or year of sexual health in high school. This is usually not enough, especially since their needs and experiences are rapidly changing. My goal is to create a safe container where youth can bring their authentic selves and ask questions, without fear of shame or ridicule.

*What it looks like: 8 consecutive weeks discussing sexual health education, consent, body parts and function, pleasure and knowing our own bodies, healthy relationships, setting and respecting boundaries, what to do when you don’t feel safe in a relationship, and more.

Across cultures, rites of passage mark meaningful transitions in a young person’s life—honoring who they have been while preparing them for who they are becoming. Today, many young women move into new phases with celebrations but without the deeper conversations and guidance that help them understand what lies ahead. Questions about new responsibilities, shifting expectations, evolving character, and how to move confidently through the world often go unaddressed. Without this clarity, young people may feel uncertain or misunderstood, and communication with the adults in their lives can break down. Through my Rights of Passage, an intentional pause is created so that important questions can be asked and guidance can be offered. Rites of Passage ceremonies can look like honoring a new birth year, becoming an older sibling, wrapping up a new school year, graduating,  menstrual cycle arriving, or any significant life change where clear guidance and honoring is needed.
